  1. My heart just breaks for all of you. Who would ever think we would lose both of them a week apart? They're meeting in heaven with no pain. I'm praying for strenth for your family. Love, Sandi

  2. We are saddened to hear this. Our prayers are with you. This is one of the most difficult of times, may the Lord continue to strengthen you. Whenever we saw Ginny, she was always so cheerful, even though we know there had to be times of discouragement and fear. She is truly an inspiration.

    in His love,

  3. I am so, so sorry to hear about Ginny. Am glad she and Dotty were able to come out and spend some quality time with mom in late July. As Sandi said, whoever would have thought we would lose them a week apart, to the same insidious disease. You are in my thoughts and prayers, all of you. Love, Peggy

  5. I knows there are no words or anything I can say to ease your pain. I love you and your family very much. Your mom was a great woman and I was so lucky to have her in my life. She will be missed by us all. My heart hurts for all of you. I know when she looked at Jesus' face he took one look at her and said "Well done my good and faithful servant" she was a role model for us and I will never forget her sweet smile and laugh.

  6. My heart is heavy with the loss of my dear friend. I have watched with admiration and awe her courageous journey through her illness. Through it all, Ginny’s focus was on her family, the love and light of her life. Her light will live on in her family, a legacy she and Don have given to this world. Through my tears, I applaud her life with a standing ovation!

  8. We all have much more courage than is commonly imagined. Everyday I marvel at how much bravery it takes us to go on, to bear the blows existence so often delivers. "Death is a favor to us, but our scales have lost their balance". Ginny was strong and brave and loved her family unconditionally. I pray for you all as you move through the rest of your lives without her. She is surely with our Savior and is smiling on all of us from above. I will miss her inward beauty and her calming manner. I am deeply saddened by her death. My love and prayers to you all. Rosemarie Dowling, New Hampshire, former Valencia Teacher.

  9. Ginny was a wonderful, warm-hearted person who gave so much to all of us. A nurturing and inspiring teacher to my daughter, Andrea, in third grade at Cordillera over twenty years ago, she worked with joy. Later, she encouraged and supported me as her colleague at Valencia Elementary School. She lived with grace, well-grounded in love always. God bless her. Love and prayers to her family and friends.
